It is a family-run business set in the industrial end of Bootle docks. A shuttle bus is available on request. With 20 rooms, some of which include en suite bathrooms, decorated with a modern finish. A 24-hour reception is available 7 days a week.

There are 20 very comfortable rooms, each with a hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, central heating, internet access points and a colour TV. However, due to the hotel position, some rooms have limited reception. There is Sky TV in the lounge.There is limited number of en suite rooms. Other rooms share a bathroom with one or 2 more rooms. Toiletries can be purchased in the reception.

By Car:- From the M62, take the ring road and follow signs for Bootle Docks.
By Public Transport:
Liverpool city centre - Lime Street Station connecting to the Northern Line. Take a train from Liverpool Central Station towards Southport, alighting at Bootle Oriel Road (4th stop), on the 9 minute journey.
On the Liverpool bus service, bus 87 stops at the top of the street, and is a 3 minute walk away. It is 5 minutes on the bus to the city centre.
A taxi from the city to the hotel is about GBP 3.50 in a private hire, GBP 5.50 in a Hackney cab.
