Formally known as the Tulip Inn Glasgow, the Premier Inn is a contemporary city centre hotel offering spacious rooms and free parking.We are only a 5 minutes drive from Glasgow Central Railway station, 20 minutes from Glasgow Airport, and only 5 minutes walk to the main shopping area.
The hotel is a newly built modern property, consisting of 114 spacious well appointed rooms with power showers, modem points, wifi, satellite tv, iron and ironing board and tea/coffee making facilities.
The hotel also offers Bar & Restaurant for breakfast and informal evening meals.
We have excellent facilities for the disabled guest, with 6 dedicated class one specially adapted rooms.
We have 4 conference rooms, all boasting natural daylight and catering for up to 180 delegates. We have over 110 parking spaces available free to all hotel residents and conference delegates.

The hotel requires payment on arrival.From the 7th of January 2008, the hotel will be undergoing major refurbishment on its bedrooms. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause. This refurbishment is a complete upgrade on our rooms and will be a benefit to all guests in the future.
Also as of this date, the hotel will be completely non-smoking. Smoking will not be permitted in public areas or in the bedrooms.

The hotel is located within easy access of the major motorway networks, on the southern fringe of Glasgow City Centre just south of the River Clyde and within walking distance from the main retail and office sectors.Situated just off the A74 opposite the Nautical College, the hotel is ideally located for the Sheriff's Court Buildings and the National Science Centre. Glasgow International Airport is just a short journey away.

By Car:From the North/ East:
- Exit onto M8 slip road (junction 15) marked cathedral.
- Travel straight through the 1st set of traffic lights and turn left at the next set of traffic lights.
- At the following set of traffic lights, turn right onto the A8 Castle Street and travel for approximately one mile until you are over the Albert Bridge.
- Turn right at the next set of traffic lights onto the A74 Ballater Street.
- The hotel is situated on the left-hand side.
From the south:
- From the M74, bear left onto the M74 (junction 4).
- Exit to the left onto the M73.
- Exit to the left slip road and continue straight ahead onto the M8.
- Exit onto the M8 slip road (junction 15) marked cathedral.
- Now follow directions as above from the north.
From Glasgow Airport/ the west:
- Exit the M8 at junction 21 following signs for East Kilbride/ Tradeston.
- Turn right onto Paisley Road A8.
- Continue under road bridge (one way).
- Follow road round to the left onto Clyde Street.
- Keep to the right-hand lanes and continue straight through the 1st set of traffic lights under the railway bridge.
- At the next set of traffic lights turn right onto Bridge Street. - At the 1st set of traffic lights on Bridge Street, turn left onto Oxford Street.
- After a short distance, turn right onto Portland Street and left onto A74 Ballater Street.
- Continue along Ballater Street.
- The hotel car park is accessed by turning right at the 4th set of traffic lights just beyond the railway bridge.
