In addition to 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and studio apartments, the apartment also has a penthouse apartment with roof terrace.

- take junction 19 sign-posted M32 Bristol
- follow M32 towards city centre
- go through the road works at the end of the M32 heading towards the city centre
- you will come to a large roundabout (St James Barton roundabout) with the 20 storey Premier Travel Inn beside it, take the 4th exit, going back the way you have just come from
- take the first turning on your left called York street
- you have just entered Brunswick square, take the second street on the right (Brunswick square, leading to surrey street)
- at the end of this street is Portland square, as you enter the square turn left
- follow the square round to number 26 (about 50 meters from where you entered the square)
You will see a small etched Perspex sign saying 26 Portland square Portland Apartments on the outside of number 26.
From M5:
- take junction 15, (signposted London, South Wales)
- stay in the left hand lane to join M4 (signposted London)
- take next junction, 19, sign-posted M32
- follow the M32 towards city centre
- go through the road works at the end of the M32 heading towards the city centre
- you will come to a large round about (St James Barton roundabout) with the 20 storey Premier Travel Inn beside it, take the 4th exit, going back the way you have just come from
