Lake House combines the comfort of a chic hotel with the warmth of a country guest house. Each of the 12 bedrooms are decorated and fitted to the highest standards. King-size, twin or family, they are all en suite. You¹ll find large, modern TVs with DVD players so you can make the most of our up-to-date DVD library. There are CD players and tea/coffee making facilities too. Young children (and even the big kids) can borrow our PlayStation 2, free of charge.Classic rooms are comfortable and offer king-size double beds, twin and family accommodation. These rooms have a country feel, taking on the character of the house.
Lake view superior rooms are larger, with fantastic views over Lake Windermere and the Langdale pikes beyond. Rooms have king-size beds.
Lake view four-poster rooms are beautiful, with breathtaking views of Lake Windermere and the Langdale Pikes beyond. Each has king-size four-poster beds.
There is one fully converted disabled room on the ground floor that meets ETC accessibility for all criteria and other ground floor rooms with good access.
