Vicki and Mike, your hosts, offer you a warm and friendly welcome to their Bed and Breakfast. On the south coast near Arundel, Chichester, Goodwood and Bognor Regis.Woodacre is ideally placed for the seaside, the South Downs, historic Arundel, Chichester Theatre or Goodwood races. We offer bed and breakfast in a traditional family house, with annexed accommodation for up to 10 guests. The house is set in an acre of garden surrounded by woodland. Our rooms are clean and spacious and comprise of one en suite double room and a family room on the ground floor and two twin rooms with hand basins on the first floor sharing two bathrooms. One of the twin rooms can also be arranged as a triple room. A full English breakfast is served in the conservatory or dining room overlooking the garden. Woodacre is open all year round. Guests are welcome to make use of the lovely garden.
Tourists information
For guests using public transport, Barnham Station is a 5 minute drive by taxi. The home is very easy to find, being only minutes from the a27 (the main south coast road). Coming from Arundel after approximately 3 miles on a27, you will see a slip road to the left (just before the first roundabout) signed to Fontwell Village. Take this slip road and then turn immediately left again. Woodacre is the first house on the right. Coming from Chichester on the a27 at Fontwell Roundabout, take the second exit signed to Fontwell Village. Travel over 2 mini- roundabouts and continue until road bears left. Just before the junction on the a27, turn right into Arundel Road. Woodacre is the first house on the right.Remarks

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
