Room information
Guests can take their pick of 53 en suite bedrooms that are categorised according to style and position. The room décor is individual, some reflect traditional Scottish character, others have a more contemporary feel. Every room is welcoming and comfortable.The 6 chieftain celebration rooms offer top of the range luxury and stunning west facing views across Loch Linnhe to Morvern.
There are 23 loch view rooms, all with a distinct highland character and offering a west or north facing views over Loch Linnhe. We have 17 standard rooms that are similarly styled (some with loch views).
All bedrooms inclusive of a television, trouser press, hairdryer and hospitality tray.
Food and beverages
The Bulas Bar and Bistro has gained recognition for being one of the best and most innovative restaurants in the Glencoe and Fort William area. All dishes are made from fresh ingredients and sourced locally wherever possible.Bulas Bar has a stylish contemporary atmosphere but maintains the tradition of the roaring log fire. Unwind over a glass or 2 from our fine selection of wines, beers and excellent single malt whiskies. Food is also served in the bar.
Our splendid wood panelled lounge offers spectacular views of the loch and mountains. Then there is the Old Library; this lends itself to quiet relaxation and is also available for private dining.
Tourists information
The Ballachulish Hotel is just off the main a82 Glasgow to Fort William road, situated 400 yards from the Oban (a828) roundabout underneath the bridge. Coming from Glasgow or Stirling, you will pass by the village of Ballachulish and come to a roundabout. Take the right hand (Oban) exit. Do not cross the Ballachulish Bridge. If coming from the North, you will pass over the Ballachulish Bridge and come to the same roundabout. Take the left hand (Oban) exit. If you reach the village of Ballachulish again, you have taken the wrong exit. If you are travelling from Oban, you will see the bridge ahead of you and the hotel is right by the road.Remarks
Please contact the hotel directly in advance of your stay if you would like to book a meal. Dinner is only £20.00 per person per night.Luxuries such as flowers, champagne and chocolates for that special occasion can also be made available in your room by contacting the hotel in advance.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
