Situated in the heart of Arundel, the Swan Hotel is a Grade II listed Victorian building that has recently been refurbished. It combines traditional comforts with the facilities of a modern hotel.The town of Arundel is an enchanting place. Its famous twelfth-century castle is the historic seat of the Duke of Norfolk, the premier Dukedom of the realm, and is open to the public. Swan Hotel dates back to 1759 and is a prominent building on the High Street. The hotel has recently been refurbished throughout. The hotel's bar, serving the family owned Fuller Smith & Turner Ltd Ale, proves to be particularly popular with locals and guests alike. A large range of real ales and Continental lagers are served in the bar. The restuarant serves freshly prepared food daily that can be complimented with a wide range of quality wines from our original 200 year old wine cellar.

At weekends the hotel offers a slightly later check-out time of 1030 hours as breakfast is served slightly later on Saturdays & Sundays between the hours of 0800 hours and 1000 hours.Room information
All rooms were recently refurbished and are all non-smoking with either en suite bathrooms or shower rooms, tea/coffee making facilities, an LCD TV, direct dial telephone, hairdryer and Wi-Fi access (charged). Ironing facilities or trouser press are available upon request. Room service is also available upon request between 08:00 and 23:00 for drinks and cold food service.Tourists information
Arundel is just off the A27 between Chichester and Brighton. The Swan Hotel can be found in the town centre at the bottom of the High Street, just by the River Arun. Arundel is well placed for exploring the lovely countryside, Downland villages and coastal areas of West Sussex. It forms an excellent centre for touring Brighton, Worthing, Petworth and the Cathedral town of Chichester, which are all close by. You will find many other places of interest in and around Arundel, including the Cathederal, Arundel Park, the Wild Fowl Trust and of course the River Arun, which winds its way through the heart of the town where boat trips can be taken. Arundel also has a host of shops to suit all tastes, from antiques to ladies' fashion.Cancellation policy
