The train and bus stations are only 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Multilingual staff are on hand to offer translation, secretarial and administrative services. Reception is open 24 hours a day and in addition to wake-up calls, rooms service and laundry, every bedroom have selection of fresh fruit, water, tea & coffee, chocolates & biscuits. Broadband connection is available throughout the hotel over our wireless network free of charge.

Room information

All rooms are non-smoking, en suite, spacious, well appointed, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Each room is equipped with all common facilities including telephone with modem connection.
We also have a wireless network available throughout the hotel.
Tea and coffee facilities as well as chocolates and biscuits, bottled water (still and sparkling) and fresh fruit (apples and oranges) are provided free of charge in each room.

Tourists information

By Road - From the north and south leave the m40 at Junction 9 and proceed along the a34 towards Oxford. Follow the a34 for approximately 8 miles until you reach the North Hinksey/Botley Junction (please ignore all Junctions before this one). At the roundabout on the Botley Junction take the first exit and proceed in the middle lane for 500 yards until you reach a t Junction (opposite McDonald's), turn left at this Junction and follow this road for approximately 1.5 miles, at which point you will travel under a railway bridge, at the traffic lights after the bridge the hotel will come into view directly in front of you. For car parking (see below) you will need to travel down the road to the right side of the hotel as you face it by turning right then first left. Car Parking is somewhat difficult in Oxford, with continuing road works and traffic improvements, please feel free to call the hotel for the latest information prior to setting out on our journey. The hotel does not have a car park of its own. The train station is 500 yards from the hotel, come out of the main station concourse and walk straight ahead towards the city centre, the hotel will be found directly in front of you. You will arrive at the coach station in Gloucester Green. Go out of the main entrance and turn right. At the bottom of this road you will see a car park on your right, past Rosie o Grady's public house into Park End Street, the hotel can be found at the bottom of this road on your right.

Please note that Smollensky's resturant is closed until further notice. Breakfast will still be available at the hotel.

Different cancellation policies apply on any bookings for 2 rooms or more. For bookings with 2 rooms clients must cancel 2 days prior to arrival.
3 rooms - clients must cancel 3 days prior to arrival
4 rooms - 4 days prior to arrival and so on in mulitples upto 26 rooms meaning a 26 day cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Public parking is possible on streets nearby (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 10.00 per day.
