We offer single, double, twin and family rooms, all en-suite, with beverage facilities.

The Highgrove is a modern building rebuilt about 9 years ago as a purpose built guest house offering bright, airy welcoming rooms and a comfortable breakfast room.

All our rooms have en suite shower facilities, comfortable full sized beds and generous hot beverage provisions. Our rooms also have Wi-Fi broadband and TVs.

Area information

Highgrove Guest House is close to Bolton town centre, a busy area with plenty of places to eat out and things to do. We are close to the railway station and bus terminal, about 10 miles from Manchester city centre and 5 miles from Bolton football ground, the Reebok Stadium.

Tourists information

The Highgrove Guest House is close to Bolton station and bus terminals, the M61, M62 and 5 miles from the M6. Manchester Airport is 8 miles away or 20 minutes by train.

By car from the A666:
- Leave Bolton heading south and turn left off the slip road.
- At the lights turn left (away from town centre), past the college and we are at the next set of lights.
- Turn left and park in our private car park behind.

Walking from the station:
Turn left over the bridge and at the lights cross over and turn right. We are a few hundred yards on the left, just past the college.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
