The hotel is in a superb location, making it ideal for business or leisure breaks. It comprises 130 en-suite bedrooms and two meeting rooms, all with comfort cooling.All rooms contain TVs with satellite channels and movies, power showers, tea/coffee making facilities, direct telephone and a computer point and broadband wireless throughout.
The bar and lounge area situated on the first floor, offers drinks and relaxation in the evening, as well as a complimentary continental breakfast in the morning. On site undercover parking is available, and there is easy access to trains, buses and ferries.

The hotel is located in Gunwharf Quays, with convenient access to all of Portsmouth's many attractions, like the Historic Dockyard, the old town of Portsmouth with its cobbled streets and the waterfront filled with traditional pubs and restaurants.

Tourists information
From m27:Exit at j12 onto m275 towards Portsmouth. At end of m275 take 2nd exit at Church St roundabout. Continue to next roundabout and again take 2nd exit, follow signs for 'Historic Waterfront'. Stay in left lane and continue through traffic lights. After traffic lights move into right hand lane and at next lights turn right into Park Rd/ Millennium Boulevard (signposted Gunwharf Quays). Hotel is at the end of the road.
Car parking is located at the Gunwhalf Quays complex. Underground car parking. Take your ticket to reception for validation.
Car Parking is free for the first 24 hrs, 2.00 gbp each day thereafter. The hotel is a 3 minute walk away.
