Built in 1980's Edinburgh, this charming Victorian house was originally a sea merchants house and is centrally sistuated only a mile and a half from Edinburgh Castle, Royal Museum of Scotland , the Royal Mile and the Palace of Holyroodhouse. Look out onto the tree-covered Leith Links, originally a golf course back in the 15th century where golf championships were played. Historic buildings, castles, hills, the Royal Mile, and many tourist attractions are only a 10 minute bus ride away.Local amenities in Leith include quality shopping, restaurants, bars, cafes, nightlife and lots of sightseeing.

We are 10 minutes by bus from central Edinburgh. From Princess Mall(train Station) a taxi will cost approx GBP 5. A bus 12 0r 25 will bring you yards from our door step costing approx 90pence per person travelling. For Airport arrivals, either a airport taxi or airport bus are readily available outside of the airport. Taxi can be an expensive option, however airport bus's are very reasonable. Follow signs for "Leith" we are situated overlooking "Leith Links Park".
From city centre, Bus and Waverly train station - bus number 12 or 25.
